Would II.M. Government consider requesting U.N.R.R.A, to allocate to Hong Kong cotton yarn up to the value of X(U.S.)1,000,000 (repeat 1,000,000). If cotton yarn not available, an allocation of U.N.R.R.A, textiles would seem the only immediate solution to the textile shortage here.
